--- Insert the Schrader valve coupling with the valve in the closed position and tighten. Remove the cap from the coupling and connect a standard electric pump, bicycle pump, or compressor and inflate to the recommended PSI.
Recommended: Since the compressors/tire pumps need time to inflate, it is recommended to inflate the board by hand until it becomes difficult to pump, and then use the adapter to top up the pressure.
